Security Deposit
The amount of the security deposit will be charged when you pick up the scooter in the shop. Scooter del Puerto sl will handle the deposit for the whole rental period. this amount will be returned to end of rental if there is no damage to the scooter. In case of damage the whole amount will be deducted.
What extra are offered?
We rent the trunk and windproof jacket with extra costs.
How do I book from the site?
It's very simple: click on the home page and follow the instructions. First, enter the place, date and time of the withdrawal and delivery, proceed to register your data and finalize the reservation with the payment of the amount. The scooter is ready to shop for you.
Which payment methods are accepted
We accept payment via PayPal and with most common credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
Booking cancellation
We accept cancellation of the reservation if it occurs within 24 hours of the scooter's withdrawal time. To cancel your reservation simply send an email to scootoff@scootoff.eu indicating all the details of the reservation. We will refund the sum through the payment method chosen at the time of booking. In the case of cancellations after 24 hours before the withdrawal time, Puerto Scooter will not refund the sum of the reservation. We will not accept cancellations with missing or incomplete data.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the driver and passenger helmets and third party damages insurance.
Is gasoline included?
No, the vehicle is delivered with the full tank and the customer has to return it to the store with the full tank.
What if I deliver the scooter late?
If the return takes place over half an hour late from the expected time, an additional rental day will be charged.
Do you have technical assistance?
Yes, our technical assistance is free.

Is a driving license required for renting a scooter?
Yes, for 125cc models, drivers must have a car driving license (category B) with at least 3 years validity or a motorcycle license (A1, A2, A) end 21 years. For the Yamaha MT-03 321 cc model, the driver must have a driving license for A2 or A motorcycles.
Can I travel with a child?
No, transportation of children under the age of 12 is prohibited
What should I do in the event of an accident?
In the event of an accident with the leased vehicle, the customer must return as soon as possible the vehicle to the shop where he has leased it with the accident statement duly completed by the parties involved, except in cases of force majeure justified. Incomplete or unreadable accident declarations will not be accepted for which the customer will be responsible for the damage occurring.
What does insurance include?
The rental fee includes liability insurance to third parties.
What are the risks not included in the insurance?
Risks such as theft and damage to the vehicle are not included in the insurance as well as the accessories included with the rent (trunk and windproof jacket). The above damages will be charged to the customer.
